The Department of Buildings issues two types of violations: ECB (DOB) Violations fall under ECB’s authority, these violations have penalties and require hearings. Violation Removal Inc. will attend these hearings on your behalf.
Internal DOB Violations do not have hearings, but, may have civil penalties attached to them. We work with the Building Department to file the necessary paperwork, reduce/make payments, and to conduct inspections to remove these violations.
